Wordless Wednesday

Soooo.

This is why my husband doesn't put away the laundry.

And why I should really go to bed earlier. I didn't notice the mismatch until I was at the gym and putting on my running shoes. Oy vey.

I am also giving away a Progresso Souper You Debut gift pack here.

Oh, and while you're at it, I finally set up a Facebook Fan page for my blog (and corrected the link here - oops!). It's way overdue. Go like me on Facebook if you would so I can get an official username - once I get enough likes. You can also follow me on Twitter, too, if you're so inclined.

With the left sock bigger I hope you were running clockwise on the track since you would naturally be veering to the right.

Maybe I should try that to get out of matching socks... one of my least favorite laundry tasks.

Would it make you feel better to know i regularly look like this and am totally aware of it lol

It's amazing how such an easy task can get screwed up!

Wait, I thought that wearing mismatched socks was cool? Or, at least my inner-10-year old thinks so.

At least they are the same COLOR! :)

Pat February 24, 2011 at 1:27 PM

I've done that before, but with different colors. So embarrassing. I think one time I even had different shoes on, both black flats, but different. That's when I got up at 4:45 AM to leave home by 6 AM to teach a "Zero Period" algebra class 30 minutes from home.

Okay, my bad cause it took me at least 5 minutes of staring at this to REALIZE they were mismatched. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA. must get sleeeeeep!

Don - Hmm, treadmill, but maybe that's the excuse I can use for almost falling off once?

Tara - Yeah, except if you live in a house like mine, you'd be the only one who cared that they socks don't match.

Melisa - Ummm yeah? Is that bad?

Lisa - Hmm. Maybe?

Susie - Yep. Fortunately, there are some tasks that can get messed up that aren't the end of the world.

Liz - Oh yes. Cool. You're right, my bad.

Patty - True. And same style. And same brand. Just ... different lengths.

Pat - I did that when consulting once where I had one brown and one navy pump. I feel for ya.

Heather - See, sleep IS the next step!

Apparently, you are not a morning person...

Kendall wears mismatched socks all the time; she could care less, as long as they are both white. I absolutely love that about her.

Mrs4444 - You've been around me in the morning, I'm DEFINITELY not a morning person! :) I love Kendall's confidence in herself. Awesome.
